These Terms of Service apply to the marketing services provided by Marina Rahn (“I”, “me”) to clients (“you”). By subscribing or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. Your written proposal or service agreement describes the exact services included; if it differs from these terms, the proposal applies.
1. Services
Services may include local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website maintenance, reporting and related marketing work, as listed in your proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
2. Free setup period
Some packages include a free first month for setup and initial optimization. Billing starts automatically when the free period ends unless you cancel before then.
3. Billing and automatic payments
- Services are billed monthly through Stripe using the card or bank account you provide at sign-up.
- Payments are charged automatically on the same date each month, and a receipt is emailed to you.
- Prices are as stated in your proposal. I will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
4. Initial term and cancellation
- Your proposal states an initial commitment (for example, one free setup month plus three paid months). This is the time needed to build meaningful ranking progress.
- Payments for the full initial term remain due if you cancel before it ends.
- After the initial term, service continues month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice by email.
- No refunds are given for months already billed.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and notify you. If payment is not completed within 7 days, work is paused until your payment method is updated and the balance is paid.
6. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, Google Maps visibility, traffic, calls and leads depend on factors outside my control, including Google’s algorithms, competition and your location. I work toward agreed goals but cannot guarantee specific rankings or results.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide the access needed (website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics) and accurate business information.
- Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, photos or information in a timely way.
- Only provide photos, logos and content you have the right to use.
8. Ownership and access
You own your business accounts, website content and Google Business Profile. When services end, I will provide reasonable help to transfer access, provided your account is paid in full. Domain and hosting arrangements follow what was agreed in your proposal.
9. Third-party platforms
Services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, hosting providers and Stripe. I am not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions or decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
11. Referral program
Where offered, you receive one free month of your active service for each business you refer that signs up and makes its first payment. The credit is applied after that first payment.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms and will email active clients at least 30 days before changes take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
